Getting Started With Reallusion Cartoon Animator
Cartoon Animator is a versatile tool when it comes to animating. You’ll have access to ready-to-animate characters and preset motions which saves time having to design and key frame every action.
Create characters of your own design or edit existing ones in Photoshop or Illustrator and drag the file into Cartoon Animator to begin bringing the character to life.
Using the After Effects Render, you’ll be able to have your whole scene exported nicely into After Effects for visual effects, including lighting, blur, and explosions!

Getting Started With Adobe After Effects
After Effects is a very powerful tool to add incredible studio level quality to any video. Once you’ve exported your Cartoon Animator scene, you’ll have to use the Cartoon Animator After Effects plugin to import .JSON files. This will create a composition which will layout your shot for further editing.
You’ll be able to adjust the depth of characters and props, change camera angles to give more parallax, and add blur so your characters are the center of attention.
After Effects is great for fun animated text and graphics that Cartoon Animator can’t do. Also, creating stunning visual effects through particle systems to create snow, rain and much more!
